Most Memorable Gig
Wildchild @ Heaven, London - the place was absolutely packed and everyone loved the fact that I was singing live over James's set. I really interacted with the crowd, dancing away with whilst singing for over an hour and a half. An amazing night had by all!!

Favourite Venue
Heaven, London - a beautiful club filled with clubbers who are all loving the music and making the most, and more, of the night.

Favourite DJ
James Good, of course!!!!

Inspiration
I don't have an inspiration as such, just an aim to bring something different and exciting to the DJ's set for the clubbers.

Biography

Bex started singing out in clubs four years ago when she joined forces with funky house DJ, James Good. She started off with just singing one track (the classic "Last Night a DJ Saved my Life") but as she and James saw how much the clubbers enjoyed a live vocalist they decided to incorporate her further into his set. It became clear that the crowd enjoyed Bex interacting with them, especially when she dances with them whilst she sings!! Bex sings a mixture of well-known lyrics and original ones she has come up with, all following a funky, soulful, breaky house genre. On the whole Bex freestyles through James's sets as well as singing some rehearsed full vocal tracks.

Bex loves the adrenalin of singing out in front of people, most importantly people who are enjoying the music just as much as she is. Bex and James truly believe that the combination of a DJ and a live vocalist, who works with the crowd, really encompasses what the clubbing experience should be about. Bex has sung at numerous venues around the south Coast as well as playing in London on many occasions including @ Turnmills for Pukka Up and @ Heaven for Wildchild.
